A fellow devoted Ed Sheeran fan is pumped about his upcoming new studio album “=”, pronounced equals, due for release on 29th October. While many of us assumed this new album will be named “-” (minus), the British pop star had his own plans to keep it under wraps till his latest announcement.

This album will include a list of 14 songs as follows:

Tides

Shivers

First times

Bad Habits

Overpass Graffiti

The Joker And The Queen

Leave Your Life

Collide

2step

Stop The Rain

Love In Slow Motion

Visiting Hours

Sandman

Be Right Now

While every album he has released are all dear to him, Ed has mentioned that this new album is “very personal”. Much has changed in the four-time Grammy award winner’s life these past few years after his marriage to Cherry Seaborn and the birth of their daughter, Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran.

In the singer-songwriter’s Instagram post, he said “I’ve been through love, loss, new life, grief and everything in between during the whole period of writing it, and I feel like it’s really a coming of age record.”.

Fans are stoked for the release (as am I).

The album is already available for preorder on all platforms
