What better people to take love and relationship advice from than the elderly who’s been through it all and seen it all? Here are some top advice to lean into as you seek to find your other half… if you’re still single.
Walk away from Impolite People

Now, this first one goes without saying. Have some self-respect, or what we normally call “backbone” or if you mean to be less prude, “a pair”. Don’t go simping over someone who does not show you basic respect, it goes both ways!
Behave Yourself

Teens will be teens… right? We all do stupid shit from time to time under the pretext of youth and then exclaim “YOLO”. Welp, this teenage lady here who seems to have just turned 21 wants to remind you to behave yourself and set some limits to that unchained teen spirit lest you end up doing something you’d regret for life.
Treat her like a princess

Tom here seems to be speaking from experience…or regret. Nevertheless, here is a heartfelt reminder to treat your partners, both guys and girls like the princes and princesses they deserve to be treated like. Afterall, you both picked each other out of the billions of other people out there right? Cherish it.
Don’t let the boys take advantage

Dear Women, we know what men can be like, open your god-given pair of eyes wider and look out for red flags early! Some boys can do or say anything just to get into your pants. Like Marg says, don’t let boys take advantage of you.
Single & ready to mingle

Joyce here with an affectionate smile looks as if she has just gotten a ray of sunshine painted all over her face. Somebody take this sweetheart out on a date will ya’?
Exemplary Gentleman, Good Sir David

David here is an exemplary gentleman. He recommends asking her parents first and foremost and explain that you would like to become a couple with their daughter, with a promise to look after her. Be like david, be a gentleman.
Make sure he has a loaded wallet

Aileen here’s a straight-up badass. With that grin of hers, we bet she’s managed to snag some large whales throughout her lifetime.
Be respectful, if anything else, there’s Karma

Beryl seems a little camera shy, but behind that huge board masks a gentle kind personality, quoting “always be respectful, treat them how you would like to be treated”. Words to live by indeed for what goes around, comes around, sometimes harder.
Someone with a positive outlook on life

To be honest, we stared a little longer than we should from behind the screen because we felt it. “Pick someone with a good outlook on life” which could also translate to cutting toxic people out of your life. A modern-day reference many of us could use.
One word.

Here’s June with one exceptionally pragmatic life advice. Don’t. Up to you to decide for yourself if you’d like to heed her advice or not!
