Get ready to be spoilt for choice. New menu coming soon, there is no official launch date yet but it is likely to be available at selected outlets by mid-October.

Amidst the pandemic, this is one of the few cafés that managed to turn a time of crisis into opportunity. Despite these uncertain times, they were able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing COVID-19 situation and persevered in the face of adversity. That is one of the main reasons why Mosanco Enchanted Café has been able to expand from one outlet to seven outlets within a short span of one year.

Another large factor for their success is of course, the ongoing support from their customers. After speaking to some of them, it was apparent that the Enchanted Café range of cold brews, acai bowls and brunch options are crowd favourites. While they continue to serve up popular dishes, Enchanted Café is introducing new contenders in a bid to diversify their menu and provide customers with a greater selection to choose from. Let’s take a look at some of their soon-to-be latest additions:

THE ‘MEC’ MEGA BURGER

Take your pick from 3 different choices of bread – charcoal, ciabatta, multigrain. Sandwiched in between is a juicy slab of grilled chicken chop (choice of Miso or Mala flavor), double cheese, scrambled eggs & turkey bacon served with a generous portion of shoestring fries and leafy mixed salad.

Mala Chicken Chop with Aglio Olio

Exactly like its name suggests, get ready for a spicy, tongue numbing dish. It might be wise to have one of their signature iced teas on the side (I recommend the peach) – just in case. If you’re not a fan of mala, there are chicken chop of the day options too (flavours subject to availability).

Ciabatta with Stuffing

Choose from 4 options of stuffing – scrambled egg and cheese, truffle egg mayo, tuna mayo, crab meat mayo. Enjoy it with freshly toasted ciabatta bread and a side of mixed greens.

Check out their soft, fluffy and crispy waffles in 4 flavors – rose, matcha, chocolate and original. For those with an extra sweet tooth, add on some ice cream!
