When does an EN carโ€™s COE end?

What comes after EN?

EP, which came out in September 1980, then EQ in January 1981. Before EN came EM (January 1980).

What letter does EN 1234 end in?

EN 1234 C. The last letter is a checksum worked out from the prefix and the number: EN 1 P, EN 88 P, EN 8888 U. Check any EN plate.
