The nearest AED, MRT exit, hawker centre, community club, pool, park, pharmacy, police centre or e-waste bin to any postal code, with how far, a rough walk and directions.
Each kind is one list a government agency publishes on data.gov.sg, under the Singapore Open Data Licence, kept as it was on the date below (hawker centres are fetched live from NEA’s list each time). Every list but the hawker centres’ is also a CSV you can download.

The AEDs are counted by building: one can have several. Parks counts NParks’ parks, gardens, nature areas and playgrounds, each at one point; its park connectors are lines, not places, so they aren’t here. Places typed in are found with OneMap, and the map is OneMap’s too.
Pick ❤️ AEDs and type your postal code or tap 📍 Near me: the page lists the nearest buildings with a public access AED, where it is in each (like “Level 1, lift lobby”), and their hours. If someone has collapsed, call 995 first and start CPR: the operator can tell you where the nearest AED is and send help, and SCDF’s myResponder app has its live map.
11,536 AEDs in 8,084 buildings, in SCDF’s list of public access AEDs (19 Dec 2024): 1,159 buildings have more than one, and Ngee Ann Polytechnic has the most, 42. Pick ❤️ AEDs to see the nearest and where each is in its building. SCDF’s myResponder app shows them live, with ones added since.
LTA’s list of station exits has 188 stations with 613 exits between them: 147 MRT stations (an interchange counted once) and 41 LRT stations. Pick 🚇 MRT/LRT to see the nearest station and every one of its exits.
128, in the People’s Association’s list of community clubs and PAssion WaVe outlets (October 2026). Pick 🏘️ Community clubs for the nearest ones.
Pick 💊 Pharmacies: they’re the 249 retail pharmacies HSA has licensed, where a pharmacist can dispense medicines, in shops like Guardian, Watsons and Unity and in some clinics and malls. Their hours are each shop’s own, so check before you go late at night.
Pick 🔋 E-waste bins: NEA’s list has 675 bins and drop-off points, with what each takes (some take only batteries). 633 of them are ALBA’s, the rest Shell and Metalo’s or KGS’s. NEA last updated the list in June 2022, so ALBA’s own map at alba-ewaste.sg is the one to check.
Pick 👮 Police centres for the 83 neighbourhood police centres and posts open to the public, with their hours and phone numbers. 51 of them are self-help kiosks only, most open round the clock. For an emergency call 999, or text 71999; for anything else, the police’s e-services take most reports online.
Pick 🍜 Hawker centres: the list says which of the nearest are closed today for NEA’s cleaning or repairs, and till when, from NEA’s dates fetched live. Each one’s name opens its page with every closure this year.
No. 📍 Near me asks your browser where you are and works out the distances in this page: your location isn’t sent anywhere or put in the page’s address. What you type goes to OneMap, the Singapore Land Authority’s map, once, to find where it is; nothing else goes with it. The kind you pick goes in the page’s address (like ?kind=mrt) so a link opens on it. Show on map loads OneMap’s map tiles for the area, and Directions opens Google Maps with only the place you picked.
This page only uses the government’s own open data, and some lists are too old to trust: data.gov.sg’s CHAS clinics are from 2021, its libraries from 2019, and its supermarkets have no locations. Post offices and ServiceSG centres aren’t on it at all. They’ll be added when there’s an up-to-date official list.
