Fees
MOE Kindergartens charge every citizen S$146.79 a month before GST (S$160 with it) for K1 and K2. The centre is GST-registered, so 9% GST is added to the fees.
With KiFAS, a Singapore Citizen child in a household earning S$3,000 or less (S$3,500 from 2027) pays about S$1 a month for kindergarten; above S$12,000 (S$15,000) there’s no KiFAS, and the fee is paid in full. How the subsidies work.
