It was launched as a Prime Location (PLH) project: a 10-year MOP, a subsidy recovery when it’s sold, and the whole flat can never be rented out (the PLH model, which Plus and Prime replaced in October 2024). HDB recovers 6% of the resale price (or its valuation, if higher) when it’s sold.
