IPPT score table for age 40 to 42

Age group 8 of 14: what each push-up, sit-up and 2.4 km time is worth, and what Gold, Silver and a pass take.

Gold, Silver and pass, three ways

Push-ups / sit-ups / 2.4 km time for each award at age 40 to 42: with full marks at the static stations, with 20 at each (15 for a pass), or with the full 50 for the run. Any mix that adds up, with a point at every station, gets the award.

Questions

What 2.4 km time do I need for IPPT Gold at 40 to 42?

It depends on the static stations. With full marks at push-ups and sit-ups (53 and 53, 25 points each), a run of 13:00 or under gets the 35 points left for 85. With 20 points at each (33 push-ups, 33 sit-ups), the run needs 45 points: 10:40 or under. Commandos, Divers and Guards need 90.

How many push-ups and sit-ups for full marks at 40 to 42?

53 push-ups and 53 sit-ups in a minute each get the full 25 points, and a 2.4 km in 9:50 or under gets the run’s full 50. More than 60 reps count as 60.

What does it take to pass IPPT at 40 to 42?

51 points for an NSman (61 for NSFs and Regulars), with at least 1 point at every station. For example, 15 points each at push-ups (19) and sit-ups (26) and a run of 15:20 or under for the other 21. For 61, Pass with Incentive and S$200 for an NSman, the run needs 13:40.

What does IPPT Silver take at 40 to 42?

75 points, S$300 for an NSman: with 20 points each at push-ups (33) and sit-ups (33), a run of 13:00 or under for the other 35.

What’s the least that scores at 40 to 42?

8 push-ups and 8 sit-ups for 1 point each, and a 2.4 km in 17:20 or under for the run’s 1 point. Every award needs a point at each station.

Which IPPT age group is 40 to 42?

Group 8 of 14. From 22 the groups are three years each. An NSman’s age for his IPPT window is the age he turned on the birthday it starts on, so the whole window uses one group.
