Times each number has been one of the six winning numbers in the 1,237 draws from Thu 9 Oct 2014 (draw 2995) to Mon 2 Nov 2026.
What it means: nothing. Each draw is a fresh one, and every number has the same 6 in 49 chance each time, whatever came before. In 1,237 draws a number comes up about 151 times on average, give or take 12; the most drawn, 15, is 2.2 of those give-or-takes above it and the least, 45, 2.7 below, about the spread chance alone gives 49 numbers. No number is “due”, and none is lucky.
Past draws
Every draw since TOTO became 6 numbers from 49 in October 2014, newest first, each linked to its page on Singapore Pools. They’re all in one file too: every TOTO draw since 2014 (CSV), with each group’s share amount and winning shares.
The draw: six numbers are drawn from 1 to 49, then one more from the 43 left, the additional number. Draws are on Monday and Thursday at 6.30pm, with special draws now and then, like the Hong Bao draw at Chinese New Year.
The prize pool is 54% of the draw’s stakes, less GST. Group 1 gets 38% of it (and at least $1,000,000), Group 2 8%, Group 3 5.5% and Group 4 3%, each shared equally among its winning shares. Groups 5, 6 and 7 are a fixed $50, $25 and $10.
Snowball: when nobody wins Group 1, its prize (less the guaranteed $1,000,000) is added to the next draw’s. Groups 2, 3 and 4 carry forward the same way when nobody wins them.
Cascade: if Group 1 still isn’t won at the end of four draws in a row, it’s shared among that draw’s Group 2 winners, or Group 3’s if there are none, and so on down.
Entries: $1 a set of six. A System 7 to 12 is every set of six from 7 to 12 numbers (7, 28, 84, 210, 462 or 924 sets), and a System Roll is 5 numbers with each of the other 44 ($44). Each set of six wins only its highest group.

Play for fun, not for money
TOTO is for 18 and over at Singapore Pools’ outlets, and 21 and over for an online account. On average, TOTO pays back about half of what’s staked: the prize pool is 54% of it. If betting is costing you more than you meant to spend, the National Council on Problem Gambling’s helpline is 1800-6-668-668, every day from 8am to 11pm, and it has a web chat. The council can also keep you out of the casinos and online betting accounts if you ask.
Questions
When is TOTO drawn, and when are the results out?
On Monday and Thursday evenings at 6.30pm, plus the odd special draw on another day (the Hong Bao draw at Chinese New Year is on a Friday). The results are on Singapore Pools’ website within minutes, and on this page as soon as Singapore Pools has them: the box at the top shows the next draw’s date and its Group 1 estimate.
What are the odds of striking TOTO?
For one $1 set of six numbers: 1 in 13,983,816 for Group 1, 1 in 2,330,636 for Group 2 and 1 in 54 for any prize at all, which is mostly Group 7’s $10 (1 in 61). The odds of every group are in the table above.
What is a System 7, and how much does it cost?
A System 7 is 7 numbers, played as every set of six you can make from them: 7 sets, so $7. System 8 is 28 sets ($28), System 9 84 ($84), System 10 210 ($210), System 11 462 ($462) and System 12 924 ($924). A System Roll is 5 numbers with each of the other 44 as the sixth, $44. More sets means more chances, at the same odds for each dollar.
What is a snowball and a cascade draw?
When nobody wins Group 1, its prize snowballs: it’s added to the next draw’s Group 1. After four draws without a Group 1 winner, the fourth is a cascade draw: if Group 1 still isn’t won, the whole of it is shared among that draw’s Group 2 winners (or the next group down with winners).
Are some numbers luckier, or due to come up?
No. Every draw is a fresh one, with the same chance for all 49 numbers, whatever came out before. The counts above go up and down by about as much as chance alone makes them. One thing does change what you’d win: popular numbers (birthdays, 1 to 31) share a jackpot with more people when they come up.
Do I pay tax on TOTO winnings?
No. Singapore doesn’t tax lottery winnings: they’re a windfall, not income. Singapore Pools’ website says where and by when to claim each size of prize.
Where do the results come from?
From Singapore Pools’ own results, read when you open the page (the latest six draws and the next draw’s estimate) on top of a saved copy of every draw since 9 October 2014, when TOTO became 6 numbers from 49. If anything here differs from Singapore Pools’ results, theirs are the official ones.
