Asking prices are what sellers hope to get, from the 1,731 HDB Flat Portal listings up on 2 Nov 2026 as hdbprices.com reads them, against the resales HDB registered from May 2026 to Oct 2026. A flat type is left out with fewer than 10 of either. $psf allows for size; “up for” is how long the listings have been up so far. More: every flat for sale, each checked against recent sales, on hdbprices.com, and what listed flats sold for against their asking price.

From HDB’s resale flat prices on data.gov.sg, registered to Oct 2026 (data as of 2 Nov 2026). A month’s count fills in over the month after it, as HDB registers its resales.

Where the prices come from

HDB publishes every resale flat transaction on data.gov.sg once it’s registered: the month, town, block and street, flat type, storey range (in threes, not the exact floor), floor area, flat model, price and lease left. This page has every one since January 2017 for the records, and the last three years’ in full. Those three years are in one CSV, a row a resale.

🏠 Resale Flat Prices

Flat Prices (hdbprices.com) is Liddat’s sister site for HDB resale flats. The resales on this page are HDB’s own, from its resale flat prices on data.gov.sg: every flat sold since 2017, with its town, block, street, flat type, storey, floor area, lease left and price, never anything about the buyer or the seller. The asking prices in Asking vs sold and For sale now are from Flat Prices.

Flat Prices has every HDB resale since 1990 on a map and a page for every block: its sales, rents, lease left, the nearest MRT and schools, and an estimate of what a flat there is worth, so you can check an asking price. It also has monthly market reports, every million-dollar flat and the blocks reaching their minimum occupation period.

Questions

What is the highest price an HDB flat has sold for?

S$1,818,000, for a 5-room flat of 111 m² on the 40th to 42nd floor of Blk 96 Dawson Road in Queenstown, registered in October 2026. That’s the highest in HDB’s resale data since January 2017. Every flat type’s record is in the box above, before you type anything.

How many HDB flats are resold in a year, and for how much?

25,490 from November 2025 to October 2026, at a median of S$631,000. 4-room flats were the most sold, 11,103 at a median of S$630,000, and Tampines had the most resales of any town, 2,103.

Where are 4-room flats dearest and cheapest?

From November 2025 to October 2026, Queenstown’s 4-room flats had the highest median, S$1,030,000, and Jurong West’s the lowest, S$534,500. Type a town for its own, and for each street and block in it.

Why does the latest month have so few resales?

HDB counts a resale in the month it’s registered, and adds the month’s resales as they come in, so the latest month is short for a few weeks. The page is rebuilt from HDB’s data now and then; the box says how far it goes.

Do asking prices match what flats sell for?

Not always. Sellers ask what they hope to get, and buyers can offer less, or more when a flat is wanted. The asking vs sold table puts the median asking price of flats up for sale against what the same flat type in the same town sold for, and $psf allows for size. Type a town, street or block for each flat up for sale there, against what its block or street sold for. For listed flats that have since sold and how far their price moved, see hdbprices.com.

What does the lease left mean?

HDB flats are on 99-year leases. The lease left is what the flat had when it was sold; a block’s lease left now is its latest resale’s, less the months since. For a block’s exact lease start and what it means for CPF and the HDB loan, see HDB lease left.

My street or block isn’t found. Why?

Only blocks with a resale in the last three years are listed, so new blocks still in their 5-year minimum occupation period aren’t. HDB writes streets short (Ave, St, Rd, Nth, Bt for Bukit); the page understands most of the long forms, or try the postal code.
